cramps again .. pain ah..

yesterdae supposingly going out with ong and friends to blade

hell, argh.. started to have serious cramps in the morning

cant go .. cant even walk ...

after a rest, 4 plus.. bro ask me go jp buy present for his gf

thought go for a while should be ok

wEll.. but no okay ah!!

almost fainted in jp.. suddenly cannot see things clearly.. want to vomit...
